Learning Center Director - Full Time
The Director provides leadership in the overall operations of the center, and is responsible for managing, overseeing, and/or delegating all aspects of the operational, financial, and personnel functions of the childcare center.

Early Childhood Lead Teacher - Full-Time
The Lead Teacher at the Open Door Learning Center is responsible for planning, implementing, and providing leadership for a developmentally appropriate Creative Curriculum for a group of children in a full-day preschool program.

Nehemiah Leadership Initiative (NLI) Director
Lead an eight-month leadership and spiritual development program for college-aged (and older) individuals. NLI is an intensive and immersive experience designed to grow participants in their knowledge of urban ministry, theology related to God’s heart for those in communities impacted by racial, economic and social injustice, and other leadership forms.
