Scott Abel
Scott serves as the Administrative and Outreach Pastor for Open Door Fellowship, our partner church. He began serving on the board in 2023.

Brian Bearman
Brian serves as a Vice President Relationship Manager on a Business Banking team here in Colorado, where he supports local businesses and helps them thrive. Brian and his wife have been involved with Open Door for seven years, investing their time and hearts into its mission to help those in need. Brian began serving on the board in 2025. 

Sarah Dodrill
Sarah works as an Agent in the family business, Dodrill Insurance. She began serving on the board in 2021, but has been connected with Open Door her whole life through her family’s involvement.

Kendall Fay
Kendall served as a Principal Solution Architect for Datavail, and retired in 2025. He is an active Open Door Ministries volunteer and financial supporter, participating in many service projects through Foothills Bible Church. Kendall began serving on the board in 2026.

Michael Fen
Michael spent a few years in the business world, but most of his career was spent serving in various ministry roles in the Denver metro area. He currently serves as lead pastor of Grace Fellowship in Lakewood, CO. Michael began serving on the board in 2006.

John Fillipone
John has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years and currently serves as an Investment Advisor with Cetera Advisors, LLC. He is the current advocate for Open Door with Mission Hills church, and is passionate about our mission. John began serving on the board in 2026.

Rolfe Granath
Rev. Rolfe Granath retired to Denver after serving congregations in California, Aurora, CO and Plano, TX. He now attends Wellshire Presbyterian Church. Rolfe began serving on the board in 2024. 

Mike Harrison
Mike is retired from a 27-year career with Johns Manville Corporation and heads up the missions committee at Bethany Evangelical Free Church. He began serving on the board in 2001.

Sarah Henderson
Sarah spent 14 years in medical sales with a focus on business development and strategic partnerships. Today, she runs a travel business part-time while caring for her young family, giving her both an entrepreneurial perspective and a passion for community engagement. Sarah began serving on the board in 2025.

Kaitlin McCracken
Kaitlin works as an account manager specializing in commercial insurance. She is excited to be a small part of what God is doing through Open Door and loves seeing lives transformed by His power. Kaitlin began serving on the board in 2025.

Jeremy Moseley
Jeremy is an attorney based here in Denver. He has used his knowledge and experience to guide Open Door Ministries on several occasions. He serves on the Stewardship Committee and likes to get his family involved in serving at Open Door in practical ways. Jeremy began serving on the board in 2015.

Dave Palmer
Dave currently serves as the Executive Director of Insight 4 Ministry. He began serving on the board in 2010.

Larry Schock
Larry is retired from a 35 year career with the U.S. Department of the Interior in Accounting, Budget and Program Management. He attends and serves at Westside Church Internacional where he also volunteers with Open Door’s food bank. Larry began serving on the board in 2023.

Kim Sierra
Kim is the Chief Financial Officer of Open Door Ministries and has been on staff since our inception in 1997.

David Warren
David is the Chief Executive Officer of Open Door Ministries and has been on staff since our inception in 1997.
