Still Waters Housing Counselor
Part-Time | 29 hours per week
The Still Waters Housing Counselor will help the Still Waters Housing staff in bringing about change in the lives of women in the Still Waters Housing program through individual and group counseling, with a focus on Christ.

Te Veo House Care Coordinator
Part-Time | 20 hours per week
The Te Veo House Care Coordinator will assist in the directing of Te Veo House, a short-term transitional house for women seeking assistance in leaving homelessness who are experiencing issues such as past trauma, mental health problems, and/or addictions.

Early Childhood Lead Teacher
Full-Time or Part-Time | 20 - 40 hours per week
The Lead Teacher at the Open Door Learning Center is responsible for planning, implementing, and providing leadership for a developmentally appropriate Creative Curriculum for a group of children in a full-day preschool program.

Learning Center Janitor
Part-Time | 15 hours per week
The Janitor keeps the Learning Center in a clean and orderly condition. They perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, cleaning restrooms and removing waste.

Lead Teacher/Floater
Full-Time, Part-Time, or Temporary | 15 - 40 hours per week
The Lead Teacher at the Open Door Learning Center is responsible for planning, implementing, and providing leadership for a developmentally appropriate curriculum for a group of children in a full-day preschool program.

Learning Center Assistant Director
Full-Time | 40 hours per week
The Learning Center Assistant Director is responsible for providing leadership and assistance with planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate full-day preschool curriculum.

Learning Center Cook
Part-Time | 28 hours per week
The Learning Center Cook is responsible for planning meals and snacks following procedures and protocol that has been established by the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). The Cook will also create menus, grocery shop, and prepare meals.

Youth Assistant Director/Youth Pastor
Full-Time | 40 hours per week
The Assistant Youth Director exists primarily to serve youth at ODM but also to provide continuity between our children’s and teen ministries.  The position is a key component of the Youth Center, offering faith based educational support, active participation in the local school and summer programming for middle school and high school students.
