Terry has served on our Board for many years.  He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Denver Center for Crime Victims.  Terry has been instrumental as a mentor to one of our high school boys, as a member of our preschool taskforce, and as a volunteer in our evangelistic outreaches over the past several summers.  Terry is also taking a lead role in providing increased accountability to our youth ministry.

Jude and his wife are natives of Colorado and have been in ministry for over 25 years, twelve of those years as founding associate pastors of an inner-city church. Jude serves in the areas of worship and outreach.  He brings experience, connections, passion and a Biblical basis for networking the local and global church for practical servanthood.

Jessica Dunbar

Jessica Dunbar earned a Master of Science in Public Health from CU and currently works as a senior research analyst at a nonprofit health policy research organization called the Colorado Health Institute.  Jessica and her husband Tim, along with their daughter Adilyn, attend Holy Protection of the Mother of God Church in Denver and have been involved with Open Door Ministries for the past seven years.

With 17 years of pastoral and/or missionary experience in local churches and para-church organizations, Michael joined the Board of ODM in 2006.  He holds a Master's Degree in theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and is married with four children.  He serves as the vice-chairman for the ODM Board.

Has been in full-time ministry youth, young adults & missions for the past 5 years after graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in marketing/English.  While in college, he was involved with Campus Crusade for Christ.  He currently directs a Communitas, a network of missional communities of faith.

Mike is retired from Johns Manville Corporation where he served as V.P. & General Manager of one of the company's operating divisions.  Mike serves on the Elder Council at his church.  At Open Door, Mike served two years as Chairman and is now involved in the Strategic Planning team.  He has also been involved in several work projects at ODM with men and women from his church.

Chris joined the board in January 2005.  He has been on staff with Open Door since December 2001.  Chris has been heavily involved in the management of and strategic planning for Open Door Ministries.  He is married with two children.

Senior Pastor, St. Stephens Mission Church
Sheila joined the ODM board in January 2004.  She is a graduate of the Iliff School of Theology and was ordained for ministry.  She serves at Aurora Medical Center as an on-call chaplain.  Previously, she served at Iliff providing educational and spiritual direction for first year students.  She started St. Stephens three years ago.

Greg has attended Open Door Fellowship our partner church for about 15 years.  He serves on the official church board and thus is a liaison between the two organizations.  Greg has compassion for hurting people and has reached out to them in a variety of ways over his years with Open Door.

Kathy has been a long-time volunteer and supporter of Open Door and joined the Board in 2008.  With a background in nursing, she is involved in many volunteer endeavors, including MOPS, doctor’s care and community outreach in Littleton, and the 9News Health Fair.  She is a firm believer in giving back to the community.

Jeanne worked as a realtor for 11 years before taking on a major fundraising role at Wycliffe.  She has mentored young women, primarily through MOPS, for 5 years.  She’s a mother of seven and a grandmother of two. She moved from the Open Door Advisory Council to the Board in 2007.  She is serving as the 2009 Chairman of the Board.

David worked for a time in inner city Philadelphia with Tony Campolo’s ministry.  God has given him a genuine heart for people in hard times.  He has been on the Board for many years.  He attends WaterStone Church with his wife and three children.

Patrick Rutty works as Exploration Manager for Hungarian Horizon Energy, an affiliate of the Denver-based private oil and gas company Aspect Energy.  In his spare time he enjoys reading to the ODM preschoolers and chasing them around the playground, pouring coffee for street kids in the park, and spending time with his wife, three kids, and friends.

Patty has been married to Wes for 32 years.  They have 2 children, Andrew and Amy.  She worked at Monterey Elementary School as a Librarian for 20 years and has been retired from that job for 5 years.  Patty & Wes have owned their own business since 1987.  She has been attending Open Door Fellowship since 1998 and has grown to love everyone there.  She personally have grown in the Lord and hopes to continue.  Wes and she both want to be associated with the kind of work ODM does.

David has been on staff with Open Door Fellowship since June 1996.  Throughout that time, he has been instrumental in starting the Chayah House ministry in 1996, establishing Open Door Ministries in 1997, and starting the evening service of Open Door Fellowship in January 2000.  He is married with three children.
