Terry Bratton

Retired Assistant Director of Rental Finance, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority

Terry has served on our Board for many years.  He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Denver Center for Crime Victims.  Terry has been instrumental as a mentor to one of our high school boys, as a member of our preschool taskforce, and as a volunteer in our evangelistic outreaches over the past several summers.  Terry is also taking a lead role in providing increased accountability to our youth ministry.

Jude DelHierro

Jude and his wife are natives of Colorado and have been in ministry for over 25 years, twelve of those years as founding associate pastors of an inner-city church. Jude serves in the areas of worship and outreach.  He brings experience, connections, passion and a Biblical basis for networking the local and global church for practical servanthood.

With 17 years of pastoral and/or missionary experience in local churches and para-church organizations, Michael joined the Board of ODM in 2006.  He holds a Master's Degree in theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and is married with four children.  He serves as the vice-chairman for the ODM Board.

Mike Harrison

Pastor of Mission Mobilization, Bethany Evangelical Free Church, Centennial, Colorado.
Mike is retired from a 27-year career with Johns Manville Corporation where he served as V.P. & General Manager of one of the company's operating divisions. Mike is in his fifth year as Associate Pastor at Bethany EFC where he and his family have been involved for over 35 years. At ODM, Mike has served on the board for ten years, serving two years as Chairman and is now involved in the Strategic Planning team. He has also been involved in several work projects at ODM with men and women.

Haydn received his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and his MBA from Nova University - Friedt School of Business. He has been in the Information Technology industry for 18 years.  He has been very involved in supporting ODM through his company.

Associate Pastor, Open Door Fellowship
Chris joined the board in January 2005.  He has been on staff with Open Door since December 2001.  Chris has been heavily involved in the management of and strategic planning for Open Door Ministries.  He is married with two children.

Bob Johnson

Senior Pastor, Jesus Christ Our Church

Bob planted Jesus Christ Our Church in 1997 as an outreach to at risk youth and low-income people in inner city Aurora. They started working with people who were living in the cash motels and who were homeless. His work has helped to build a sustainable ministry to these needy people.

Member, Mission Hills Church
Kathy has been a long-time volunteer and supporter of ODM and joined the Board in 2008. With a background in nursing, she is involved in many volunteer endeavors, including Doctor's Care, community outreach in Littleton, and the 9News Health Fair. She is a firm believer in giving back to the community and participates in Dry Creek Seratoma Club, Volunteers of America, as a community member of the ethics committee at Aurora Medical Center, and in South Metro Health Alliance working to help coordinate resources for underinsured or uninsured clients' questions.

Colorado Area Representative, Wycliffe Bible Translators
Jeanne worked as a realtor for 11 years before taking on a major fundraising role at Wycliffe. She has mentored young women, primarily through MOPS, for five years. She's a mother of seven and a grandmother of two. She moved from the Open Door Advisory Council to the Board in 2007.

Dave Palmer

Executive Pastor, Crossroads Community Church, Parker CO.
In ministry since 1972, Dave has served as a Dean of Students and Faculty at two Bible colleges, served as adjunct faculty for Denver Seminary and Moody Bible Institute and Pastor of Christian Education in Michigan as well as Colorado and has also served as Executive Pastor at two churches. He graduated from Sacramento Bible Institute and has a M.R.E degree from Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary as well as a D.Ed. Min degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dave and his wife, Pam, have served the Lord together since their marriage in 1972. Childhood sweethearts they still enjoy their growing love for each other. God has blessed them with three grown children and a grandson.

Steve has been a licensed Commercial General Contractor since 1980, and has also performed residential Property Management since that time as well. In addition, he is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker. Steve has been heavily involved with homeless mitigation since 1990, and sits on several Boards for organizations who work with the homeless and poverty. "My dedication to this is part of my Biblical responsibilities." He is married with four children and a granddaughter.

Danielle Reeves

Mobilization Pastor, WaterStone Community Church
Danielle has been the Mobilization Pastor at WaterStone Community Church for the past three years. Her job involves mobilizing church and community members into the surrounding areas to serve the poor and oppressed. Danielle is pursuing her Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University in Philadelphia. She spends her free time participating in various sports with her husband David and enjoying their four children.

Geophysical Advisor, Anschutz Exploration
Patrick Rutty works with the oil and gas exploration arm of Denver's Anschutz Corporation, where he is involved in projects throughout the U.S. In his spare time he enjoys reading to the Open Door preschoolers and chasing them around the playground, pouring coffee for street kids in the park, running, and spending time with his wife, three kids, and friends. He and his family attend a local church called Adullam. He serves as the Chairman of the Board.

Kim and her husband have been involved in inner city ministry for two decades.  In addition to serving as the main finance and business staff member for ODM since its inception, Kim is involved with strategic planning and executive staff decisions.

Patty Tague

Patty has been married to Wes for 35 years. They have two children, Andrew and Amy. She worked at Monterey Elementary School as a Librarian for 20 years and has been retired from that job for five years. Patty & Wes have owned their own business since 1987. She has been attending Open Door Fellowship since 1998 and has grown to love everyone there. She personally has grown in the Lord and hopes to continue. Wes and she both want to be associated with the kind of work ODM does.

David Warren

Executive Director, Open Door Ministries
David has been on staff with Open Door Fellowship since June 1996.  Throughout that time, he has been instrumental in starting the Chayah House ministry in 1996, establishing Open Door Ministries in 1997, and starting the evening service of Open Door Fellowship in January 2000.  He is married with three children.
